Construction process
1. Base cleaning: Remove stains, dust, scum, etc., and repair the base in advance for cracks larger than 0.3mm.
2. First process: First, rinse or wet the working surface with water, and then spray TKNS agent for the first time (shake well before use), with a dosage of about 0.05-0.1kg/m2. After spraying, cure for 0.5-1h.
3. Second process: Apply low-pressure liquor for the second time, wet the working surface, and then spray TKNS agent for the second time (shake well before use), with a dosage of about 0.05-0.1kg/m2. If there are cracks, the spraying amount and frequency can be increased appropriately, and the curing time can be 0.5-1h after spraying.
4. Third process: Conduct the third low-pressure liquor to increase the penetration depth of the material, and check the operating surface to ensure that there are no omissions in the spraying.
5. Engineering acceptance: After the construction is completed, the supervisor and the person in charge shall conduct a successful acceptance.
matters needing attention
1. Before spraying, the protective liquid should be thoroughly stirred and not mixed with other solutions. It should not be diluted casually. If the solution freezes, it should be allowed to completely melt before use without affecting its functionality
2. When spraying construction, attention should be paid: each person should control a certain range on the plane, and spray paint on both sides. On the vertical surface, spray paint should be evenly sprayed from bottom to top. At the overlap of the plane and facade or the overlap of two construction workers, there should be a 15cm left and right spray overlap for optimal spraying.
3. Construction environmental conditions: The ambient temperature in the construction area is between 5 ℃ and 32.2 ℃, and the surface temperature of the concrete is not less than 2 ℃; The relative humidity is between 10% and 90%.
4. If there are cracks (cracks with a width less than 0.3mm can be directly sprayed with protective fluid) in the process of using protective fluid, and the area is greater than 0.3mm, it needs to be treated.
5. The stress settlement and deformation of the reinforced concrete structure at the base layer before spraying protective liquid should tend to be basically stable to avoid water seepage caused by cracks in the structural layer after spraying;
