Construction methods

1. The floating dust and oil stains on the grassroots should be cleaned up, and protruding and loose parts should be removed. The missing parts should be repaired with quick repair mortar. At the same time, thoroughly moisten the base layer with clean water, but there should be no exposed water.

2. According to the product mix proportion, first add the liquid material to the mixing bucket, then add the powder material, mechanically stir quickly and evenly. The prepared adhesive must be used up within 45 minutes, and it is prohibited to add water again during use.

3. Building exterior wall: usually constructed with a thickness of 5mm~8mm. The mortar mixed evenly is applied 2-3 times according to the flatness of the wall, with a total thickness of 5mm~8mm. The final layer is compacted and smoothed.

4. After the first layer of mortar hardening, proceed with the second layer of construction, and so on.

5. After the final scraping of the mortar is completed, the curing work should be done after it hardens, and the curing time should not be less than 7 days.
