Construction technology 

1. Grassroots cleaning

Ensure that there are no sand particles or looseness at the grassroots level

2. Wet base layer

No clear water at the grassroots level is sufficient

3. Mixed products

First, pour the liquid material into the bucket and slowly add the powder while stirring. Stir evenly to complete the process

4. Applying slurry

Apply 2 to 3 times, with a time interval between each coat. The previous coat should be dry and not sticky. The direction of the previous coat should be aligned, and each coat should be perpendicular

Common problems during construction

Phenomenon: Pores appear after coating application

1. The base layer is dry and not sufficiently wetted;

2. High temperature construction, surface drying too fast;

3. Uneven mixing and excessive thickness of one-time coating.

Phenomenon: Sanding occurs after waterproofing construction

1. The base layer is too dry and the wall humidity is low;

2. The coating is not dry, and the maintenance period needs to be extended;

3. Failure to mix and match products correctly.

Phenomenon: After waterproofing construction, there is a phenomenon of grout return and insufficient quality

1. High environmental humidity, high substrate humidity, and slow drying speed;

Phenomenon: Surface condensation occurs after waterproofing construction

1. In a high humidity environment, the moisture content of the base layer is high;

Matters needing attention

1. The temperature during construction should be between 5 ° C and 35 ° C, and outdoor construction is prohibited on windy or rainy days; In case of low temperature and high humidity weather, it is necessary to extend the re coating maintenance time appropriately to achieve the best coating effect.

2. The slurry after opening should be used up within 2 hours.

3. Wet the base surface with clean water before construction, but there should be no exposed water on the base surface.

4. The storage temperature of liquid components should not be lower than 0 ° C.
