Construction technology 

1. Grassroots treatment and dust cleaning

Remove the floating soil, oil stains, and loose layers at the grassroots level to ensure that the wall is clean, not loose, dust-free, and free of grease, and to ensure sufficient moisture without open water

2. Mixing slurry

Open the bucket and stir the liquid and powder materials until there is no particle sensation before painting. It is recommended to use electric stirring (stir at low speed for 3-5 minutes, let it stand for 3-5 minutes, and then mix thoroughly again before use)

3. Local detail processing

Local treatment of the root of the wall corner pipe using a leak blocking king

4. First coat of wall and floor painting

First, comprehensively paint the wall surface for the first time, then paint the ground for the first time, and wait for the coating to dry after completion

5. Second cross coating

After drying the coating, apply a second layer of cross brushing, and strengthen the treatment around the wall corner pipeline

6. Conduct a closed water test

After the construction is completed, wait for the coating to completely dry before conducting a closed water experiment

Common problems during construction

Phenomenon: Pores appear after coating application

1. The base layer is dry and not sufficiently wetted;

2. High temperature construction, surface drying too fast;

3. Uneven mixing, one-time coating too thick.

Phenomenon: Waterproofing peeling and hollowing occur after construction waterproofing

1. The surface of the base layer has floating ash and sand particles that have not been treated thoroughly;

2. If the temperature is too high, the surface will dry quickly;

3. The one-time waterproof construction is too thick;

4. Not blending according to the correct product ratio;

5. The grassroots is loose and not reinforced.

Phenomenon: Cracking of waterproof coating after construction

1. Untreated cracks in the substrate;

2. The base layer is dry and not wet;

3. The one-time construction is too thick;

4. Special areas have not undergone waterproofing reinforcement treatment;

5. High temperature construction and rapid drying;

6. Poor flatness of the base layer and uneven coating thickness Uniform.

Phenomenon: After waterproofing construction, there is whitening and alkalinization

1. High environmental humidity, high substrate humidity, and slow drying speed;

2. One application is too thick.

Matters needing attention

1. Construction temperature

The construction temperature should be between 5C and 35 ℃ under ventilated conditions, and outdoor construction is prohibited on windy or snowy days.

2. Excessive addition of water is strictly prohibited. The prepared paint should be added within one hour

After use, it is strictly prohibited to add excessive water or any other materials when preparing ingredients, and it is strictly prohibited to add water again during the painting process.

3. Sealed storage

Materials that have not been stirred after opening should be sealed and stored.

4. Protective waterproof film

Pay attention to protecting the waterproof coating from damage during the construction process.

5. Ceramic tile laying

It is recommended to use tile adhesive when laying tiles on the waterproof layer.
