Product Usage

Used for joint treatment of gypsum board and pasting of joint tape, as well as filling small gaps and nail holes on the surface or wall of gypsum board and leveling the entire paving.

Construction methods

1. The location for scraping and caulking gypsum should be dry, dust-free, and free of oil stains. The water, tools, and containers used to mix the joint gypsum should be clean.

2. The recommended ratio for this product is "water: joint gypsum=0.4-0.6:1"

3. First, pour clean water into the container, then slowly sprinkle the caulking gypsum evenly. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes and stir to form a uniform paste. Then, let it stand for about 5 minutes before use. The stirred paste should be used up within 60 minutes. The operation time of the paste varies depending on the amount of water added and the ambient temperature.

The solidified paste cannot be reused with water. The optimal construction temperature should be between 5 ℃ -40 ° C, and the curing process temperature should be higher than 0 ° C.

4. The different proportions of product storage sealant and water will affect the consistency of sealant and the time it takes to solidify.

Do not mix sealant with other substances.

To prevent rapid drying, please maintain sufficient temperature in the working environment. It is advisable to work between 5-40 degrees Celsius. In a cool and dry place, it is strictly prohibited to get damp.
