Scope of use

The product is suitable for the construction and maintenance of large buildings such as residential buildings, hotels, office buildings, and schools.

Construction methods

Spraying is divided into three steps: loading, adjusting air pressure and discharge, and evenly coating.

1. After filling the spray gun with material, adjust the discharge and air pressure first. When spraying, spray left and right first, then up and down. Spray the paint points with appropriate density according to the requirements of the sample.

2. Spraying should ensure that the coating is uniform and the thickness requirements are consistent, to avoid color differences caused by different thicknesses. Defects such as dents, pitting, sand holes, cracks, etc. should be cleaned and repaired in advance. For larger areas of walls, it is recommended to do partition joint treatment in advance.

3. Coating construction should avoid low temperature or high humidity weather, and painting operations are prohibited when the temperature is less than 5 ° C and the relative humidity is greater than 80%.

When constructing doors and windows, first apply color separation paper to the door and window frames to prevent contamination. If contaminated, clean them thoroughly with wet cotton yarn.

5. Before spraying the second coat of paint, further inspection of the wall will be carried out, and local unevenness or transparent areas will be repaired and repainted. The second coat of paint must be sprayed on a dry substrate, with an interval of at least four hours between the first coat, otherwise construction is not allowed.

6. To ensure consistent and even appearance of wall colors, it is best to leave construction joints at visually staggered areas or color boundaries such as downspouts, corners, and grid lines for each painting.
