Construction steps

1. Clean the ground thoroughly and keep it clean and dry

2. After opening the cover, pour the paint onto the crack and apply it evenly

3. Use a scraper to scrape ≤ 15CM to evenly adhere the polyester cloth

4. Pour the coating onto a polyester cloth and apply it evenly until it covers

Common problems during construction

1. Phenomenon: Wrinkle pattern on the coating

The composition of liquid membrane is quite unique, and the drying speed is slower than that of ordinary waterproofing. If it is not completely dried, conducting a closed water test with water can cause this problem. It is usually at 25 ℃, and it is recommended to test the water after 7 days.

2. Phenomenon: Coating cracking

The uneven coating thickness of liquid coil materials results in different drying speeds, which can easily cause cracking of the coating film due to this stress.

3. Phenomenon: The coating film is pulled up and lacks adhesion. The coating film peels off from the base layer and bubbles

1. Liquid coils belong to elastic products and have high requirements for the base surface. When applying liquid coils, the base surface must be properly treated to ensure that it is not loose. Before applying, the base surface needs to be moistened and completely dried before conducting a closed water test

2. Remember that the coating should not be too thick each time, and the next coating can only be carried out after the previous coating is completely dry.

Matters needing attention

1. There are large gaps, holes, and accumulated water on the roof, which need to be leveled with cement before construction.

2. Before construction, clean thoroughly and rinse with water to keep the base surface of the pasted area clean, free of oil stains, moss, and loose layers.

3. The cement surface of the roof is sanding, the colored steel tiles are rusty, and the base strength is not high. A sealing agent needs to be used before painting.

4. Choose a sunny day for construction and do not paint with water.
