Hydrophilic polyurethane grouting fluid is a polymer chemical grouting material composed of water-soluble polyether polyols and polyisocyanate vinegar, which contains isocyanate groups at the end. This material undergoes a chemical reaction when it comes into contact with water, forming an elastic gel like solidified body, thereby achieving good water sealing purposes. It is a new type of waterproof and leak proof high-pressure grouting material.

Product usage method

1. Drill holes in the leaking area first

2. Insert the water stop needle into the hole

3. Lock the needle with a needle wrench

4. Guide the grouting fluid into the machine bucket

5. Connect the gun head to the water stop needle and start grouting

6. Use tools to remove the remaining foam residue

Matters needing attention

1. During construction, avoid direct contact between the product and the skin. Please wear gloves and goggles. If there is any contamination, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If the product is accidentally touched by the eyes, seek medical attention immediately.

2. The machinery, equipment, scrapers, mixers, and containers used should be thoroughly washed with engine oil or acetone before hardening.
