Hydrophobic polyamine grouting fluid is a polymer chemical grouting material that is formed by the reaction of polyether polyols and polyisocyanate vinegar, and contains isocyanate groups at the end. After encountering water, the material undergoes a chemical reaction to release CO, which rapidly expands in volume to form a tough foaming body, thereby achieving excellent waterproofing.

Technical characteristics

Single liquid water stop agent, if used in places below the groundwater level, may cause concerns about residual oversaturated water due to excessive water volume, resulting in poor water stop effect. After the first foam injection is completed, it can be continuously injected for the second to third time to fill the gaps in the foam body.

Construction Steps Reference

1. Clean the base surface

2. Drill a hole at a 45 degree angle to the ground at a distance of 10cm from the leakage point

3. Place the water stop needle into the drilled hole

4. Tighten the needle with a wrench

5. Pour grout into the machine:

6. Connect the machine to the grouting needle, start grouting, and stop after the slurry overflows

7. Grouting completed

8. After at least 48 hours, remove the needle and fill the base surface

Matters needing attention

1. During construction, avoid direct contact between the product and the skin. Please wear gloves and goggles. If there is any contamination, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If the product is accidentally touched by the eyes, seek medical attention immediately.

2. The machinery, equipment, scrapers, mixers, and containers used should be thoroughly washed with engine oil or acetone before hardening.
