Construction technology 

A Material Preparation

Calculate the construction area, pour water first, and then pour the powder into clean water to mix evenly without any particle paste. The ratio of powder to water is around 5:1.

B Mixing adhesive

The wall should be flat and clean, and the clean adhesive should be evenly applied to the wall with a toothed knife and scraped out in the shape of teeth. The recommended application area is 2-4 pieces of mosaic.

C-tiling products

Stick the mosaic onto the adhesive and pay attention to adjusting the distance between each piece of mosaic to maintain consistency. And quickly adjust the spacing in a short period of time.

D solid reinforcement

After pasting, please use a filling sponge knife to carefully press it firmly until the adhesive is slightly solidified (about 1 hour) before proceeding to the next filling process.

E joint filling construction

Use a sponge scraper to evenly fill the gaps in the mosaic with adhesive until full. After filling the gaps for about 1 hour, proceed with cleaning work. (Please do not clean immediately after filling the seam)

F Cleaning and maintenance

Wet and wring dry with water using a sponge or towel, clean the surface of the adhesive, and change water frequently. Mosaics need to be watered twice a day for maintenance, and the final curing time is about 48 hours (at around 25 ℃). The swimming pool needs to be maintained for 7 days before it can be filled with water

Matters needing attention

1. The construction temperature is between 5 ° C and 35 ° C, and attention should be paid to the situations where low temperature causes curing delay and high temperature causes rapid drying of the adhesive.

2. The best mixing effect is achieved using an electric mixer, and manual mixing should be noted for uneven mixing.

3. The water powder ratio can be adjusted appropriately due to differences in substrate, weather, construction conditions, etc.

4. When constructing on rainy days, it is necessary to take protective measures and ensure that the construction area is not soaked by rainwater within 24 hours of applying mosaic.

5. The mixed adhesive should be used within 2 hours according to weather conditions.

6. Do not mix dried cement with water again.

7. After the mosaic paving is completed, the next filling process can only be carried out after the adhesive has dried and solidified (about 24 hours).

8. The scraping of the adhesive should be uniform and fully applied, and the thickness of the adhesive layer should be about half the height of the tooth shaped scraper used.

9. Heavy cultural stone mosaic products are prohibited from use.
