Construction technology 

1. Pour the adhesive into a container filled with water

2. Stir thoroughly with machinery until it becomes viscous

3. Clean the back of ceramic tiles with eroded fabric

4. Apply evenly on the back of the ceramic tiles, pay attention to filling the back texture of the tiles

5. Apply evenly on the surface of the base layer with a toothed scraper

6. The slurry between the ceramic tiles and the base layer should be fully applied and then pasted onto the base layer

7. Add locators between tiles to ensure consistent spacing

8. Use a rubber hammer to compact and knead the ceramic tiles tightly

Matters needing attention

1. The construction temperature should be between 5 ° C and 35 ° C, and rain should be avoided during the construction process.

2. The adhesive used for stirring must be clean water (such as clean natural water).

3. The water powder ratio can be adjusted appropriately depending on the substrate, weather, and construction conditions. It is prohibited to add other materials to change the adhesive powder ratio and performance.

4. When construction is carried out on rainy days, it is necessary to take protective measures and ensure that the construction area is not soaked by rainwater within 24 hours of tiling.

5. The adhesive should be used within 2-3 hours according to weather conditions.

6. Remember to mix the dried adhesive with water before use.

7. After the brick laying is completed, the next joint filling process can only be carried out after the mortar has completely dried and solidified (within about 24 hours).
