D008 Backwater Surface Seepage Prevention and Self repair Special Waterproofing

1. A specialized polymer waterproof mortar for the back of floor slabs and roof slabs, which can be used for side walls, exterior walls, and interior wall surfaces, and can be coated with a slow penetrating shade paint

2. Used for waterproofing of floor slabs, roof slabs, and wall surfaces. It can be sprayed or brushed, and the construction thickness is 2-3mm, which can repair most of the permeable and diffuse base surfaces

3. 4d impermeability pressure of 2.4Mpa, far exceeding the waterproof standard of polymer slurry

4. Can be used in combination with penetrating crystalline coatings and D005 silicon ion high permeability protective fluid

construction technology 

(1) Inspect the concrete structure: All concrete to be painted must be carefully inspected for structural defects, such as cracks and honeycomb like surfaces. Poor quality surfaces should be chiseled and cleaned, and smooth surfaces should be roughened

(2) Clean the surface of the base layer: The surface of the base layer must be kept clean, whether it is newly poured or existing concrete, it should be moistened with water, but there should be no open water.

(3) Mixing: Mix 20% -30% of the product weight with water. Dosage: greater than 1.5kg/m. The specific amount of water to be added is recommended for personal spraying and scraping, and it should be thoroughly stirred for 2-3 minutes before construction can proceed without clumping. The mixed mortar should be used up within 30 minutes, and no secondary water should be added during the construction process,

(4) Layered construction: It can be sprayed, brushed or scraped. If it is found that the local base surface is still too dry during the construction process, it must be re wetted.
