(1) Construction preparation: Before construction, quality inspection should be carried out on the base layer to remove loose layers, oil stains, dust and other debris from the base layer; Holes, gaps, and other areas should be repaired and leveled, and the smooth surface should be roughened.
(2) Moisturizing the base surface: The alcohol fully wets the base surface, and the base surface needs to be clean, moist, and free of water.
(3) Mixing: When mixing and stirring on site, first pour the liquid material into the mixing bucket, and slowly pour in the powder material while stirring. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until there are no lumps before construction can proceed. The mixed slurry should be used up within 2 hours.
(4) Layered construction: can be sprayed, brushed, or roller coated. The cross brushing method is used for painting, and the second layer of construction can be carried out after the first layer of surface drying.
